Who uses JARVIS

JARVIS is a personal assistant used by a single person, its owner and developer. It is not offered to the public.

Google data

When the owner connects their Google account, JARVIS requests access to Gmail (gmail.modify) and Google Calendar (calendar.events, calendar.readonly) to:

  • search, read and summarise the owner's emails, and save drafts or send emails only after the owner confirms;
  • read the owner's agenda, find free time, and create, move or delete events only after the owner confirms;
  • remind the owner of upcoming meetings and point out emails that need an answer.

Storage and sharing

Google data is processed on the owner's own server. The OAuth refresh token is stored encrypted. Email and calendar content is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties. Short excerpts may be sent to the language model provider the owner configured, only to answer the owner's own requests.

JARVIS's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time from JARVIS settings (Disconnect) or from Google account permissions. Revoking deletes the stored token.
